We can’t stop ourselves from aging,
but age and aging don’t necessarily go hand in hand.

Since I was 20,
I’ve cared for my skin with an image of what it would be like 20 or 30 years later.

In fact, I haven’t done anything special,
nor have I spent a lot of money visiting beauty clinics or had cosmetic surgery.

This may come as a surprise, but
rather than “doing something,” I’ve focused on “cutting out the unnecessary”—
practicing a “less-is-more skincare routine.”

I do not mean to criticize the skincare routines you currently follow.
